    Thank you for sharing. I followed your method of doing it and I am glad to say it was a success. I sliced the vegetable and then stir fried it with chopped garlic, minced meat, chopped tomatoes and chopped red chillies. It was so delicious.

    Brief description of recipe below in English. Hope it helps. [ ingredients ] 300g mustard greens, 100g pork belly, 30g Puning bean sauce, slices of ginger, salt [ cooking tips ] - stir-fry the stalks of mustard greens which needs longer cooking time, followed by the leaves - pork belly and the bean sauce neutralize bitterness of mustard greens and it tastes good [ preparation ] (1) cut the mustard greens into sections, separating stalks and leaves, (2) prepare slices of ginger (3) slice the pork belly and marinate with salt (4) add cooking oil to the pan, sauté slices of pork belly until golden brown on both sides (5) add slices of ginger and sauté for a while, (6) add the stalks of the mustard greens and stir-fry until colour deepens, followed by the leaves and stir-fry until softened (7) add Puning bean sauce and stir-fry (8) add starch-water mixture to thicken the sauce (9) dish up
